Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • The project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

  • Delays or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete information or delayed feedback from the client.

  • Performance variations caused by algorithm updates or platform changes (e.g., Google, Facebook) beyond our control.

  • Subscription-based services once the billing cycle has begun or been partially utilized.

Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment or the date the service issue occurred. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
